The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations driving student enrollment and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center. The role combines leadership sales and student counseling expertise to ensure both business growth and student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience in student counseling or sale
2. Counsel prospective students regarding course offerings benefits and career paths
3.Conduct oneonone or group sessions to understand student needs and provide suitable course recommendations
4. Guide students through the enrollment process and handle all their queries.
5. Identify and develop relationships with potential partners (schools colleges coaching institutes) for lead generation.
6. Generate regular reports on center performance including sales student enrollments and financial metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration education or related field. (Master s degree preferred).
- 02 years of experience in student counseling sales or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales.
- Strong understanding of the education sector particularly in student services and program offerings.
