You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTo deliver High quality of customer service To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk.To be responsible in delivery bespoken process and procedure of the overall customer service process.To provide attendees / Operators to assist and help Customers Visiting and make sure their Journey is seamless Handle general guest inquiries received during the journey.To make sure they are confident and ready to answer all inquiries during the journey.Keep records of customer service requests and complaints and make sure they are acknowledged and attended.Control the flow of people throughout the attractions to avoid unnecessary crowedHandle customer complaints in accordance of the department policies and procedures.To ensure that Management are updated and informed about all feedback received from customers.Job Location – Palm Jumeriah, DubaiPosition – Customer Service AttendantDuration – Long Term (12 months and then extendable again)Salary: 6500 AED per month all inclusive (plus visa and Medical insurance for self)No accommodation and no transportation(9 hours shift with one-hour break for 6 days a week with one day off)(Normal Timing: 9 AM to 12 AM) subject to change by Management.
