We are now looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and driving sales growth for the company. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research networking and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to promote our products and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for business growth.
Proactively seek out and attend industry events conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Continuously update and maintain knowledge of our products services and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
35 years of experience in a business development role preferably in the cleaning or hygiene industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license.
