You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Specialist, Compensation & Benefits you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs within Atlantis Dubai. You will work closely with the Manager, Compensation & Benefits to ensure compliance with internal policies and the industry’s best practices.
You will also conduct job evaluations, salary surveys, and market research to determine competitive compensation structures as well as compile data for the annual market survey submission. Additionally, collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits-related activities, review and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. You will support the implementation of performance-based compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentives as well as provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
