Job Description
- Ensure that all required documentation (Finance, Collateral & Source) have been obtained against each credit approval
- Ensure that all documents obtaining in line with Shariah principles are related to financing
- Ensure that all documents have been reviewed and found in order
- Ensure all documentation control methodologies implemented with post monitoring requirements related to facility release are being implemented
- Ensure that all parameters related to limit updating are adhered and or instructions are provided to relevant Operational Unit
- Ensure that all regulatory data requirements are keyed into core platforms of the Bank
- Ensure that monitoring reports related to credit administration are provided on time to the management
- Ensure that all procedures are aligning with the Bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure that RCSA related to Credit Administration activities are updated
