Talent Acquisition Lead

• Identify suitable candidates through various sources, shortlist potential hires, and arrange interviews.
• Arrange and conduct local and international recruitment events, career fairs, and open days in schools and universities.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to explain position requirements and discuss job descriptions.
• Conduct recruiting update meetings with hiring departments to set expectations and maintain communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to pipeline a diverse, high-quality candidate pool.
• Network and build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal & external customers.
• Lead candidate interview feedback sessions and provide follow-up on interviews.
• Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Ensure that recruiting activities follow government regulations and company policies and procedures.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
• 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar role, specifically recruitment activities in a medium-sized company.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
