Job Description
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role preferably within Retail Operations
- Strong understanding of all HR functions including talent management, organisational development, employee relations, and legal compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into effective HR practices
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP experience is an advantage
