Job Title: Healthcare Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm empathetic and patientoriented approach.
  
• Manage appointment scheduling patient checkins and inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage filing systems.
  
• Handle payments invoicing and insurance claims as required.
  
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  
• Ensure the reception area is clean organized and welcoming at all times.
  
• Provide information about clinic services and address patient concerns professionally.
  
• Utilize MS Office and healthcare management software to manage daily tasks efficiently.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer care or front desk role preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with healthcare management software is an advantage.
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Empathetic patientoriented and culturally sensitive.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with attention to detail.
  
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required.
