About Our Client: We are hiring for an esteemed software company in UAE known for its exceptional IT services and support. This company is dedicated to maintaining robust network infrastructures and ensuring optimal performance for its clients.
The Role: As a Network Support Engineer you will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues maintaining network infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. Your role will be crucial in supporting the daily operations of the network ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
What Youll Do:
- Provide technical support and resolve network issues for endusers
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. routers switches firewalls)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
- Collaborate with network architects to design and implement network solutions
- Document network configurations changes and incidents
What Were Looking For:
- 35 years of experience in network support
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP)
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
