Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling.
Provide information and guidance to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate locations, and other airport services.
Ensure security and safety procedures are followed during boarding and disembarkation.
Assist with wheelchair services and other special needs requests.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
