Objectives:
- Support the marketing department in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement across all platforms.
- Assist in increasing customer base and revenue through innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development implementation and management of marketing campaigns to promote Solutions Groups services and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging content and marketing materials.
- Support the social media strategy and to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns making recommendations for adjustments as needed to meet business goals.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
- Help build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners.
- Stay uptodate with the latest marketing trends and technologies to support the companys competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in an agency with luxury wellness fashion & hospitality background.
- Proven ability to support successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO SEM and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
