Job Description
- Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes while accurately handling payments and ensuring adherence to hotel policies.
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the hotel, offering a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, ensuring guests are well-informed.
- Assist guests with luggage, coordinating with bell staff to ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.
- Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing lobby area, ensuring it reflects the luxury and ambiance of the hotel.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively, offering solutions or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with the concierge team to arrange transportation, reservations, and special requests for guests.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to hotel policies.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of local events, attractions, and dining options to assist guests in making the most of their stay.
