Job Description
- Degree in a relevant domain, qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM)
- 8+ years of total experience, 3 - 5 years of practical experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner
- Knowledge/skills:
- Well-versed in the tools for the technical product aspects of software delivery.
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels. and proven experience in developing (including coaching and mentoring) direct and indirect reports
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise, utilising a depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience within the specific domains or technical areas.
- Experience in the following areas is desirable:
- Modern responsive websites
- Ability to convert large Initiatives/Epics into features so development teams can further refine these and ability to manage feature backlog across multiple agile teams
- Ability to apply prioritisation techniques to meet the needs of different stakeholders and application of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to increase speed to market
