Job Description
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Trust and Safety and Policy implementation.
- Experience working with an array of cross-functional stakeholders such as engineering and product management.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Large Language Model (LLM) prompting, tuning and implementation, coding, databases and querying, statistical analysis.
- Experience using data and technology to solve business problems, with the ability to exercise judgment in a crisis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate issues into simple, clear, concise language.
