Criteria
Experience: 10 years Working experience in Construction field as a Instrumentation Supervisor.
Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
Location: Project Site based
Age: 35 to 45 Years
Salary Range: AED 6000 to 7000 AED other benefits
Plans promotes implements supervises and coordinates activities of Instrumentation maintenance workers to ensure that work is performed properly and compliance with safety standards is achieved. Receives reviews and executes instrumentation plant work orders. Schedules assigns and communicates instrumentation preventive maintenance and repair jobs while minimizing equipment downtime.Ensures that workmanship and materials involved in electrical power distribution systems and the calibration of process instrumentation are properly conducted and meet all applicable codes. Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment and coordinate in all site issues.
Monitor job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule.
Anticipates potential problem areas and analyzes and recommends solutions or corrective actions.
Reports on job status and task completion
Inspects the electrical & instrumentation work to ensure standard requirement.
Whenever applicable monitors the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and
procedures.
Ensures all safety codes requirements and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility.
Integrate appropriate HSE management into processes and culture and ensure that staff has the knowledge to
meet their responsibilities Promptly responding to all reports received from subordinates or other persons of noncompliance unsafe
conditions unsafe activities accidents and near misses.Ensuring all activities within his area of supervisory responsibility are carried out according to Company's Health
and Safety regulations policies and procedures.
Leading by example and encouraging all personnel to adhere to the HSE procedures.
Initiating prompt and effective Corrective Action while notifying line management of the potential health and
safety & environmental hazards.Ensuring that all required resources such as vehicles tools equipments & PPE are inspected effectively
maintained & distributed to the workforce and that the necessary hazard controls and contingency Guarantee IMECO has an effective system by ensuring that HSE risks are identified and controlled risk
assessments are prepared HSE information training and supervision are provided proper application of Coordinate with the HSE Department to ensure that all accidents incidents and near misses are actioned and
that the toolbox talks meetings emergency exercises inspection and audits are followed and carried out as per
To assist and direct any visitor within IMECO premises should any incident/accident or emergency evacuation takes place.Considerable knowledge of the methods practices tools equipment and materials used in electrical &
instrumentation.Some knowledge of the occupational hazards in the use of power tools and equipment and of necessary safety
precautions.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to diagnose malfunctions and defects in mechanical and similar equipment and to determine adequate
corrective measures.
Ability to assign and supervise the work of a few less experienced workers.
Skill in the use and care of hand and power tools and equipment appropriate to the area of assignment.
