Job Description

We are looking for a detailoriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive reliable and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing data entry and document management.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Correspondence: Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail emails and packages.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings appointments and coordinating office events.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of office supplies equipment and documents.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office environment is clean and organized and report any maintenance or supply issues.
  • Assistance: Provide support to other departments and staff as needed including preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office management are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and basic office equipment (printers fax machines).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work well in a team environment.
