Job Description:  Overseeing kitchen operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.  Managing food costs, inventory, and sourcing high-quality ingredients within budget.  Training kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation.  Ensuring every dish meets cafe's standards for taste, presentation, and consistency before it’s served to customers.
