Job Description

As consumer demand for home automation and technology grows it has become increasingly crucial to consider a home technology system during the planning stage of the residence/ project rather than an afterthought. Planning in advance for the home
automation audio video privatetheatre home networking and the whole house integration systems is guaranteed to add value to the home and will save the client from the stress of a complex retrofit installation later. Our passion for high quality & sophisticated
luxury smart homes is what drives us every day and the Technical pre sales lead should be able to carry forward this passion and approach.

Presales Technical lead will be responsible for interacting with potential clients to determine their needs and explain the value of their company s products or services. They will be responsible for creating presentations writing proposals AutoCad drawings and
other activities that help seal the deal.

  • They must have strong communication skills and an understanding of technical concepts. They need to be able to clearly explain complex ideas in a way that everyday people can understand them. A Technical Pre Sales Lead within will have extensive knowledge and experience in home cinema lighting control curtain control electronic security networking and multiroom audio.
  • They will be an in uence for all of clients technology needs and solve their most complex smart home challenges.
  • They will be responsible for the training coaching and mentoring of technical talent across the teams.
  • They will work with the sales team to drive business and increase sales and play an active role in the organization meeting its revenue targets
Role and Responsibilities
  • Work in close collaboration with the sales team to respond to proposals and client presentations covering the technical aspects of the solution.
  • In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders design and document the solution for the purposes of delivering it to a broad audience of technical/nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Take the required steps to ensure that the solution being proposed is capable of delivering to the client requirements.
  • Expertise and business domain knowledge in their specialist areas will help them present as credible confident and convincing.
  • With a perfect blend of deep technical experience and people engagement skillsthey will help the teams articulate the technology decision points.
  • Prepare materials for client presentations & demonstrations and site visits.
  • Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
  • Follow up and monitor the progress of tenders to ensure response and submission of administrative files in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up on potential client requirements by participating in presales meetings with the client and partners to identify and document their needs.
  • Support sales calls and meetings as the technical lead.
  • Prepare RFI/RFP response document./liaising with those developing products/services to gain an indepth knowledge that you
    can relate to customers and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like
  • conducting research into the industry including competitor research
  • the ability to research and keep on top of industry developments
  • aptitude for time management and organisation
  • problemsolving ability.
  • Keep up to date with the company s product/service range competitors o ering and also market developments and trends.
  • Provide implementation and post implementation technical support as required.


-Min 6-8 years experience in solutions presales, bids, estimation in home automation, audio and video solutions, multi-zone audio, custom home cinema,CCTV and PABX, access control, biometric , structured cabling, lighting control. -Strong experience in preparing schematic drawings in AutoCAD experience is mandatory.
