Shift Technician- Electrical

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues quickly implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Document all maintenance activities repairs and modifications in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and execute project plans ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Install test and maintain electrical equipment ensuring all installations meet industry specifications and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues demonstrating a proactive approach to prevent further complications.
• Conduct routine safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain an organized inventory of electrical supplies and tools ensuring everything is readily available for immediate use.

Desired Candidate

• Minimum of a diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field showcasing a solid foundation in electrical principles.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Electrician OSHA Training) to demonstrate commitment to safety and technical proficiency.
• At least 35 years of handson experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment highlighting practical expertise.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations ensuring compliance and safety in all electrical work.
• Fluency in English with additional language skills preferred to facilitate communication in multicultural environments.
• Strong analytical skills to effectively diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues on the fly.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic demonstrating reliability and a commitment to excellence in all responsibilities.
