Job Description
Our client a leading organization in the arts and culture sector is seeking a passionate and experienced Education and Community Outreach Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing educational programs and community outreach initiatives that align with the organization s mission to promote arts and culture within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop curriculum and educational materials that support the organizations goals and objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions community organizations and other stakeholders to promote the organization s programs.
Organize and participate in community events workshops and exhibitions to raise awareness of the organization s mission and activities.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage underrepresented and underserved communities.
Work closely with internal teams including communications marketing and events to ensure cohesive and effective program delivery.
Identify and establish partnerships with external organizations to expand the reach and impact of educational and outreach programs.
Collaborate with artists educators and cultural practitioners to enhance program offerings.
Develop and manage the budget for education and outreach programs ensuring efficient use of resources.
Seek funding opportunities including grants and sponsorships to support program initiatives.
Oversee the procurement of materials and resources necessary for program delivery.
Track program participation outcomes and feedback to assess impact and inform future planning.
Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting achievements challenges and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies in the delivery of programs.
Requirements
5 years of experience in education community outreach or a similar role preferably within the arts and culture sector.
Proven experience in program development management and evaluation.
Strong understanding of the educational landscape and community needs in the UAE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
