Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Prepare presentation to the customers and proposals, liaise and attend meetings with clients, business associates and internal company staff of the various business units as required
