As the new Regional Category Development Manager you will accelerate the transformation agenda in Arla MENA driving the Customer marketing journey and step changing the understanding and focus on customer and shopper and leading capability development across the region. You will be the voice of the customer and own the shopper understanding agenda to support mutual growth for Arla and retailers and lead on regional initiatives providing the toolkits & frameworks for markets to adapt and execute strategies.
As the Category Development Manager for Arla Foods in MENA your specific areas of responsibility will include:
Collaborate closely with the Consumer Marketing team to develop category strategies that are tailored to specific channels within the MENA market.
Seasoned marketeer with leadership background
You have a degree or higher educational qualification with a solid FMCG experience of 810 years in business/commercial development category management sales or marketing roles within the FMCG industry or retail sector. You have strong analytics on different data like Nielsen EPOS Kantar and category management experience and have implemented key category management initiatives with customers. With your Strategic thinking ability to you would like to shape the future of Dairy categories instore. A good commercial acumen strategic thinking along with passionate about getting into details are some of the qualities you possess. You are fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
