Job Summary:

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with a strong background in telecom infrastructure projects construction trenching and utilities. The ideal candidate will have handson experience working with Du and Etisalat projects ensuring that all site activities are completed efficiently safely and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers onsite specifically focusing on telecom projects trenching and utility installations.
• Ensure all work is executed according to project plans specifications and timelines.
• Manage onsite operations including excavation trenching and the installation of telecom infrastructure.
• Oversee the laying of cables and the installation of related utilities in compliance with Du and Etisalat standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
• Inspect work areas and completed work to ensure compliance with company quality standards and client specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of daily work activities labor hours material usage and equipment deployment.
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members on best practices and job site safety.
• Identify and resolve onsite issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to report progress issues and changes in project scope.

Qualifications:

• Civil Engineering Degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role particularly in telecom trenching and utility projects.
• Proven experience working with Du and Etisalat projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of civil construction techniques trenching operations and utility installations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Certifications:

• Specify any required certifications such as OSHA First Aid or relevant safety training.
