The Partnerships Associate will work closely with Senior Manager Partnerships and New businesses, the wider loyalty team to assist in the execution of the partnership’s strategy; assisting in management of loyalty partners to drive incremental revenue, enhancing the customer experience ,broaden the customer base and to deepen knowledge of the customer to achieve the programme’s vision. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual with high attention to detail.
ROLE PROFILE
- Research key players in various industry verticals and update on a regular basis
- Research loyalty presence within the industry verticals and the customer value proposition behind them
- Support in updating the partnership pitch deck on a regular basis
- Assist in discussions with potential partners
- Support in the development of business cases
- Assist in maintaining relationships with some of the existing partners
- Monitor partner performance and KPIs for partnerships
- Support in developing management reports and help make data-driven recommendations to enhance partnerships and optimize partnership strategies
Requirements
- 2 years experience in partnership/Customer Experience related roles or any relevant role
- Bachelor’s degree, additional role related qualification preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to prepare and support in business cases, proposals to prospective partners and legal agreements
- Charismatic with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Professional and confident to represent Majid Al Futtaim to external stakeholders
