We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate with proficiency in reading and writing Arabic possess strong experience in social media marketing and telecalling. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to generating and nurturing leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential leads through various channels including social media email campaigns and industry events. Utilize market research and data analysis to generate highquality leads.
- Prospect Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone email and other communication methods. Develop and deliver compelling pitches that address the needs and pain points of potential clients.
- Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information. Track lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments. Use this knowledge to refine lead generation strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities results and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in lead generation sales or a related field. Experience in the IT Services and Consulting is a plus.
