Business Analyst - Temp

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis for a 2month contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with a solid background in the IT industry and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently analyze complex business processes and drive successful outcomes in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct indepth analysis of business processes systems and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure clear communication with the development team.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss project scope requirements and solutions.
• Support the project team in identifying risks dependencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation including business cases user stories and process flows.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide expertise in IT industry trends and best practices to inform project decisions.

Qualifications:

• Must be an Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably within the IT industry.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of IT systems software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques including process mapping and data modeling.
• Ability to work effectively in a temporary contract role with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
