Job Description
Daily operations tasks updates on CSAM & issue Purchase orders.
Coordinate and administrate operational duties and logistics support
Ensure staff safety, adhere to risk assessments and good practices, report incidents promptly, and comply with OEG Offshore HSE policies.
Understand and follow ISO 9001 management system and OEG Offshore Quality Policy; adhere to recycling standards, reduce energy use, report spills, and comply with COSHH assessments and PPE requirements.
Update databases, manage rental data, liaise between office and workshop, issue purchase orders, generate reports, oversee operations and logistics, and handle shipping documents; responsibilities may evolve as needed.
