Business Support officer

KYC/KYB Compliance: Conduct thorough KYC and KYB assessments for corporate clients and cardholders ensuring all data is accurately collected verified and stored according to company policies and regulatory standards.

Data Management: Manage and organize data within MS Excel including data entry validation and regular updates to ensure all information is current and accurate.

Periodic Refreshment: Perform regular reviews and refreshes of KYC/KYB data to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate risks.

Collaboration: Act as a vital link between the Sales and Operations teams ensuring seamless communication and coordination to support business objectives.
