- Proposing methodologies and policies for the management and development of smart services using best practices.
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of electronic/smart service requirements for different organizational units.
- Defining technical standards and standards for service development and modernization.
- Evaluating smart services and applications for efficiency and effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Training users in smart services and applications.
- Participating in meetings with relevant departments and institutions and following up on their recommendations.
