PMO Analyst

Job Description

• Project Tracking and reporting. This involves creating dashboard, reports and presentations to provide stakeholders with insight into demand and delivery status, risks, and milestones.
• Accountable for the IT Portfolio processes including IT planning, portfolio governance, project methodology framework, and resource capacity management.
• Establish appropriate delivery frameworks to govern all delivery and ensure compliance.
• Ensure product and project documentation quality standards are being executed across the IT project portfolio.
• Drive improvements into the PMO program and ensure industry best practices are leveraged.
• Implement project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports.
• Schedule, facilitate, minute, and track action plans for the internal and external product steerco meetings.
• Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
• Facilitate the change control process.
• Own the project management tool (Jira & confluence) and ensure processes reflect framework.
• Conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance with established framework and processes.
