Job Description
- Analyze key performance metrics such as room revenue occupancy rates average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies to ensure competitive market positioning.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and financial projections based on historical data and market demand trends.
- Monitor competitor performance and market shifts adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Generate regular reports and provide datadriven recommendations to the management team.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations departments to align revenue strategies with hotel goals.
- Manage room inventory and distribution across various booking channels to maximize room revenue.
- Implement yield management strategies to optimize profitability during peak and offpeak periods.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 13 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles data analysis and forecasting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and revenue management systems (e.g. Opera RMS or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
