JOB SUMMARY - Total Quality Management (TQM): Communicate and implement the concept of Total Quality Management through advising, coaching, training, and facilitating. - Quality Assurance Strategies: Work with direct reports, General Managers, and other staff to develop and execute quality assurance strategies. - Quality Process Verification: Ensure quality processes align with the company’s mission and brand standards, meet target customer needs, promote employee satisfaction, and focus on continuous improvement at the property level.
