Sourcing Associate

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing supplier development and ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of products and services. • This role involves collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet product specifications, monitoring materials for defects, and resolving quality issues. • Supports risk management and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. • Supplier risk management process. • Manage the purchased product verification • Supplier performance monitoring • Work closely with suppliers to develop their capabilities, enhance quality and ensure alignment with EPI standard and expectations. • Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentation to help management understand overall perspective of supplier development.
