Role Responsibilities

Preparing monthly financial reports, performing account reconciliations & maintaining the general ledger including audit trail support for all journal entries, ensuring that an organisation meets the necessary tax, permit and licencing requirements

Preparation and analytical review of financial data and generate monthly trend reports and balance sheet reconciliations ensuring financial statement accuracy and investigating variances

Intercompany transfers

Assisting with annual reviews/audit preparation, collaborating with an executive team in establishing more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of a company’s ledger

Complete all VAT & Corporate filings and returns

Complete all HMRC filings and returns

Ease financial transparency across the business globally ensuring International Financial Reporting Standards are adhered to.

Supporting the sales team with customer tender completions

Providing executive management with accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective policy making and financial strategizing

Summarising budget trends, analysing deficiencies and reporting variances to executives

Providing external auditors with the necessary documentation and support

Qualifications And Skills

A practical understanding of management accounting principles and techniques

Solid knowledge of standard accountancy and finance best practices

Solid IT skills, including proficiency in the relevant accounting packages

A strong understanding of tax codes and laws

Strong analytical skills to effectively analyse financial reports

In-depth knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting

What you’ll get working with LEDFlex

Salary dependent on experience, negotiable

Desirable working hours (Mon - Fri, 08:30am - 5:30pm) with one hour lunch break
