Geospatial Data Science Manager

• Team Management and Development:* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of geospatial analysts, data scientists and engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
• Market and Industry Analysis:* Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in geospatial analytics. Identify new business opportunities, assess market demand, and guide the development of solutions that address current and future needs.
• Operational Excellence:* Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of geospatial data operations, including data acquisition, processing, and analysis.

Qualifications/Education ad Experience:

• Geospatial Expertise:* Deep knowledge of geospatial data, analytics, and related technologies, including GIS, remote sensing, SAR, 3D data processing, AI, and machine learning. Proven ability to apply this expertise to solve complex, real-world problems.
• Strategic Thinking:* Strong ability to develop and implement long-term strategies and solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Leadership and Team Management:* Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing, mentoring, and inspiring cross-functional teams. Ability to build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
