Job Description
- Lead the Sales & Catering division in SBC
- Meet the sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts’ managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity in her / his portfolio of accounts
- Ensure the communication and information flow is maintained daily by distributing Banquet Event Orders to all Departments as well as by attending BEO briefings for the Sales & Catering Department, Food & Beverage Operations and Kitchen Department
- Ensure that all incoming requests are handled jointly with the concerned Salesperson and as per the SBC Standards including an active follow up on sent offers
- Satisfy the need of the clients whilst optimizing Hotel revenue through strategic yield management and up selling of hotel facilities and services
- Supervise and assist with Banquet Operations before, during and after events and assure Guest satisfaction throughout the event
- Actively ask for Guest feedback during and after the event and encourage the Guest to submit the Guest Satisfaction Survey
- Maintain detailed product knowledge of SBC, Kai Beach, Soul Beach and direct competitors including competition checks
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
- Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
- Responsible for the multiple beach properties ( SBC , Soul & Kai ), ensuring operational excellence and consistent service quality across all locations
