Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients always. • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' unique needs, conditions, and preferences. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records, in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
