Communications Executive

Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services to existing clients. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewals, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
