Roles & Responsibilities
· Driving the truck and ensuring accuracy of product distribution to consumer
· Using the PDA in the correct way to record all customer transactions.
· Report any marketing activities noticed in the market to supervisor and sales man, keep a competition watch.
· Become an ambassador of the company through good service and attract new customers.
· Ensuring the vehicle used is being maintained in well manner( servicing the vehicle, oil change etc.)
· Liaise with Contact Center for special orders received from customers.
· Manage the route efficiently, sometimes may require physical activity.
· Manage the helpers in the route (behavior).
· Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed.
