Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and maintain enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Apply patches and updates to applications to ensure security and functionality.
Provide technical support to users, addressing application-related issues and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
4.Train users on application functionalities and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of the applications.
Continuously monitor application performance and availability to detect and address issues proactively.
Diagnose and resolve application issues, working closely with other IT teams as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Ensure that applications comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
