Job Description

Main Objective: To orchestrate a harmonious global marketing strategy that strengthens the brands international presence drives growth in new and existing markets and cements its position as a market leader.

Character Profile: This role demands a charismatic visionary one who understands the global tapestry of consumer behavior. With a finger on the pulse of international market trends they adeptly merge creativity with analytics forging campaigns that resonate and inspire.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Strategic Development: Craft and refine the global marketing strategy ensuring a unified brand message across diverse markets while allowing room for regional nuances.
  2. Consumer Insights: Lead indepth market research initiatives to grasp evolving consumer preferences leveraging this data to shape product and campaign strategies.
  3. Brand Stewardship: Vigilantly safeguard the brands integrity ensuring all marketing efforts elevate its stature and align with its core values.
  4. Digital Mastery: Oversee the brands digital presence from ecommerce platforms to social media campaigns ensuring a seamless online customer journey.
  5. Collaborative Leadership: Foster strong collaborative ties with sales product development and finance teams ensuring marketing strategies align with companywide objectives.
  6. Budget Oversight: Astutely manage the global marketing budget allocating resources for maximum impact and ROI.
  7. Team Mentorship: Cultivate a vibrant innovative marketing team championing professional development and fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

  1. A Masters Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Over 18 years of marketing experience with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles within the consumer goods industry.
  3. A portfolio that showcases successful global marketing campaigns and brand growth strategies.
  4. Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools and digital platforms to drive marketing success.
  5. Exceptional communication leadership and strategic planning skills complemented by a multicultural sensitivity.
