Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with booking recreational activities, such as spa appointments, fitness classes, and local excursions.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Manage reservations and schedules for recreational facilities, ensuring efficient operation.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest interactions, and activity bookings.
