Real Estate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic workplace design guidelines to meet Bytedance’ goals and objectives regarding the development of innovative workplace solutions.
• Establish a good communication and feedback mechanism, while supporting the implementation and pilot projects of global design standardization.
• Ensure alignment across cross functional teams and regional teams on the design guidelines and strategies.
• Conduct new technology study & research with partner teams and provides creative design solutions together.
• Design standardization work involves workplace programming, planning principles, metrics & configuration, look & feel, signage design, furniture & soft decoration, environmental design, art & graphics etc.
• Support regional pilot project design management work to ensure control of design implementation quality and cost indicators during general contract bidding and later construction stage.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in office or commercial interior design, especially design experience with tech company and prior experience in workplace consulting are preferred. Candidates with first tier design firms or corporate real estate experience is an advantage.
• Understand workplace strategies, trends, solutions and interior design related knowledge. Candidates with design standardization experience is an advantage.
• Ability to problem-find and problem-solve, formulate cultural and user insights and develop strategic solutions.
• Highly organized and self-driven, ability to execute multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Possessed ACAD/ Revit/Sketchup/ Adobe suites/ 3D visualization ability and working knowledge of color and design principles.
• Able to travel across different regions.

• Experience in different regions, and familiar with building regulatory knowledge.
• Familiar with project management processes, project budgeting and cost control.
