Site Architect

Roles & Responsibilities Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Serve as the primary point of contact between the interior fit-out company and the client. Make coordination between all Discipline (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) To plan and monitor project schedules and project deliverables in accordance with project Contracts. Project progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning & liaising with consultants & contractors. Manage teams to achieve project goals and execute projects efficiently. Responsible for sourcing quality materials within budgetary constraints and ensuring timely delivery to the project site.
