Job Description
A renowned real estate asset management company is looking for an Acquisitions professional. The selected candidate will handle acquisition activities, underwriting, investor relations, and management of acquired properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage real estate investment acquisitions
- Prepare investment memoranda
- Arrange debt finance for fundraising
- Maintain investor relations
- Oversee documentation
- Develop and execute exit strategies
Requirements
- Experience in real estate-related domain
- Prior experience in acquisition in the real estate industry
- Proven experience creating underwriting and investment memoranda and investor relations
- Background in property closings
- Prior background in asset management is a preferred
- Bilingual Japanese and English is a plus
