Responsibilities

• Manage real estate investment acquisitions
• Prepare investment memoranda
• Arrange debt finance for fundraising
• Maintain investor relations
• Oversee documentation
• Develop and execute exit strategies
  

Requirements

• Experience in real estate-related domain
• Prior experience in acquisition in the real estate industry
• Proven experience creating underwriting and investment memoranda and investor relations
• Background in property closings
• Prior background in asset management is a preferred
• Bilingual Japanese and English is a plus
