Job Description

  • Operate professional photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software, to create engaging content for social media promotional purposes.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute photography and videography shoots with the concerned departments.
  • Create original and compelling content that aligns with our brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Publish content on various social media platforms.
  • Interact with the audience through comments, messages, and responses to create a sense of community and connection.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that addresses the target audience, platform-specific best practices, and overall marketing objectives.
  • Analyse and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in content creation to continuously innovate and improve the quality of content.
  • Work closely with operational departments, briefing and advising them with regards to design style, format, print production and timescales.
  • Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites supporting the external graphic designer. Assist Marketing Director in keeping record of all the updated artwork for future reference.
  • To keep digital photos both in low resolution and high resolution with proper file names in order to sort out and use them again in the future.
  • Liaise with Purchasing Team on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and direct promotional activity to customers online.
  • Ensure at all times that the website is effectively optimized and content is correct.
  • Conduct website audits and research online market intelligence.
  • Manage and achieve agreed performance KPIs for assigned role. Carry out any other tasks as may be periodically assigned by Marketing Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related filed.
  • At least 4 years experience in Marketing/ creating content.
  • Strong creative skills and proven track record producing advertisements, corporate image and promotional materials.
  • Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy, capability in MAC is preferable.
