2.1.1 Scanning identification documents
2.1.2 Updating guest profiles to Dubai police website upon check in / check out
2.1.3 Matching PMS in house report with CID in house report.
2.1.4 Communicating with guests about the regulations
2.1.5 Ensuring the privacy and security of guests personal information
2.1.6 Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
2.1.7 Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service delivery.
2.1.8 Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.
2.1.9 Ensure guests are greeted by name upon calling as per Rixos Standards.
2.1.10 Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
2.1.11 Maintain an awareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profile system.
2.1.12 Complete management's long distance call vouchers and record them on the traffic sheet.
2.1.13 Maintain the guest wake up call sheet and deliver calls accordingly on time and to the established standard.
2.1.14 Ensure the proper operation of the switchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls.
2.1.15 Take messages for guests and management as per the required standard.
2.1.16 Co-ordination and information with the Front Office and any other department if required.
2.1.17 He/she is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
2.1.18 Other duties as assigned.
