Job Description:

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a Capital Raising Specialist to join their forwardthinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing structuring and closing capital raising transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets strong analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Capital Sourcing: Identify and engage potential investors including institutional investors family offices and highnetworth individuals.

Transaction Structuring: Develop and structure capital raising transactions that align with the companys strategic objectives and meet investor requirements.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors ensuring continuous engagement and communication.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and risks in capital markets.

Due Diligence: Lead due diligence processes including financial analysis risk assessment and compliance checks.

Pitch Development: Create compelling investment pitches and presentations to attract and secure investor interest.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including finance legal and compliance to ensure smooth execution of capital raising transactions.

Compliance: Ensure all capital raising activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g. CFA) is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in capital raising investment banking or a related field within the UAE market.

Skills:

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.

Strong understanding of capital markets and investment strategies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of financial markets investment products and regulatory requirements in the UAE

Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
