Job Summary

We are seeking a detailoriented and proficient Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel and will be responsible for analyzing data generating reports and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Collect process and perform statistical analysis on large datasets
• Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Data Management: Clean validate and ensure the integrity of data used for analysis for repair demand and supply
• Trend Analysis: Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to support strategic planning.
• Visualization: Create charts graphs and tables to effectively communicate data insights.
• Data Interpretation: Translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of data analysis processes and results.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Finance or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables VLOOKUP conditional formatting macros and data visualization tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity tableaue or Power BI or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
